About Lawckin
Lawckin is an online marketplace that connects clients with verified attorneys across the United States. Clients search by practice area, location, and specialty, compare attorney profiles, and book consultations online — with transparent pricing and no paid placement in search results.
Every attorney on Lawckin completes a two-step verification before appearing in search: state bar admission review, confirming the attorney holds an active license in each state where they appear, and a government-ID identity check performed through Stripe Identity. Attorneys who do not complete both steps are not shown to clients.
Lawckin currently serves clients in New York, California, Texas, and Oklahoma across 14 practice areas, from family law and immigration to commercial litigation and intellectual property. The platform launched in 2025 and is operated by Lawckin, LLC. Lawckin is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Tommaso Nereo Lo Monaco — Co-Founder & Software Engineer
LinkedInTommaso Nereo Lo Monaco is co-founder and software engineer of Lawckin. He studied Computational Systems, Quantitative Analysis, and Technology Entrepreneurship at The New School in New York City (Class of 2026). He started Lawckin after seeing how hard it is for people to tell which attorneys are actually licensed, available, and suited to their problem — and built the platform's verification-first search and booking system to fix that.
